The idea of using a plate for the rainbow fish craft is not new BUT using a BLUE plate is and I added foil for extra sparkle. My ocean theme is coming right along....I will be doing this craft after reading the book The Rainbow Fish along with other ideas ...you can check those ideas out at my TpT store.
