How to make a palm tree from a pool noodle

I made a palm tree for my bulletin board by using a palm top from Hobby Lobby (on sale for $5) and a pool noodle from Dollar Tree. The pool noodle was blue but I spray painted it brown. Stick the palm top in the hole on top of the noodle and BAM...palm tree!!

The Rainbow Fish craft

The idea of using a plate for the rainbow fish craft is not new BUT using a BLUE plate is and I added foil for extra sparkle. My ocean theme is coming right along....I will be doing this craft after reading the book The Rainbow Fish along with other ideas ...you can check those ideas out at my TpT store. Crafting for August theme

Yes I am working away on my bulletin board theme for August...I know it's summer but it was a lot of fun! I am doing an ocean/fish theme...so I am making coral for my board...How to make: Use foam spray in the can as seen above (any brand will do)...simply attach the tube, get an old piece of cardboard, make your designs, spray paint desired color. This stuff puffs up so you need to allow room, you will also need a tool to help cut it off the cardboard...it will stick so don' get it on anything of value.
